    Does this mean that a Vet clinic located in Whitehall cannot care for a "vicious" animal? This legislation is tainted . . .

    Tainted, yes, very tainted, just as EVERYTHING she says/does is tainted. Ms. Thompson can fight all her unnecessary battles, she will not win. Once again, wasting taxpayers time and money, not to mention trying to blackball innocent citizens.
