(a) No person shall keep or harbor more than three dogs, excluding puppies less than four months old, in any single family dwelling, or in any separate suite in a two-family dwelling or apartment dwelling, within this City. The terms "dwelling" and "suite", as used in this section, include the parcel of land upon which the building containing the dwelling or suite is located, and also all out-buildings located on that parcel of land.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

Jackie has been spending the last year and a half going after people and their dogs to be sure they're in compliance. WHY does Jackie think she is above the law???

I have known about this for quite some time. I think I even mentioned it in one of my comments on your blog. I also know that an email was sent to council some time ago regarding this and nothing has been done. Obviously Ms. Jackie Thompson is above Whitehall laws and does not step up to the plate regarding her "higher standards" issue. Believe me if she knew who I were she would be causing me problems as we speak. A Pissed Whitehall Resident.

ReplyDeleteShe is not going to "Explain" any of this. Come on, she won't explain why she got me fired from my job!!!! Jackie Thompson thinks she "Is the Law". It time for all concerned Whitehall resients to show her she IS NOT THE LAW!!!!-

ReplyDeleteNo Lilly. When it says a comment was deleted by the author...it means the person who "wrote it". At times people re-think what they say and re-post later. On the other hand, if the posts are deleted by the administrator, ME, were removed, it was because they were hateful and had nothing to do with the Mission Statement.
