Dog Trial By Jury

Please let's all remember that until convicted in a court of law, even Jackie Thompson is innocent until proven guilty. Let's not do to her what she did to Council Member Kantor. Please hold all comments of this matter in private so no one acts like Jackie!!!!!!!!!! Thanks - CJ

  1. Absolutely, anyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Court cases are brought against people all the time, sometimes for frivilous or untrue matters. Sometimes when we are proven guilty; it is because we have to plead to a lesser charge, just to save the sake of our family or dogs (in Jackie's instance). But, "knowingly breaking the law" by registering 5 dogs when the law (ordinance) in Whitehall is a max of 3 is "knowingly breaking the law". The jury shall decide, not the public.

  2. Thanks for the reminder. Jackie crucified her fellow council member, Wes Kantor. Even though I would like to return the favor, it wouldn't be right. But it is great to see Jackie Thompson's name on the court docket!

  3. Exactly! More wisdom from a good person! We just don't have to exhibit the bad behavior like Jackie Thompson did while giving no regard to the court system. Shame to her, not to our good people.
